This is the second pair of this sandal I bought this summer. Why, the comfort factor. After walking all day and having swollen feet I tried on my first pair and instantly fell in love. Continued wearing of these shoes has supported my enthusiasm for them. They look nice, so not bother my bunion or hammer toe and I can wear them all day. I think they offer the best of both worlds, comfort and good looks.

Merrells are my go to brand of sandals and walking shoes. I have probably twenty pairs of Merrell shoes and I have not been disappointed in them. I need a supportive sandal because of weak knees due to prior knee surgery. So I love that these sandals are very comfortable. The back straps adjust with velcro for a perfect fit. The front straps do not adjust but I find that they lay comfortably on my foot. I live in Manhattan and walk miles everyday. Other sandals often rub when my foot begins to sweat in hot summer weather, causing me blisters. However, these sandals are comfortable for hours of walking in hot weather and do not result in uncomfortable blisters or chafing. It is nice to wear sandals without covering my feet in bandaids from blistering!

These flip flops are super comfy in the soles, amazing!!! BUT the straps are very loose. I exchanged my normal size for the next smaller. Still loose!! But, I was looking for a pair to just wear around the house, so I kept them. I have plantar fasciatis and these are so supportive, I love how they feel. Just wish the straps were tighter. Overall a great shoe, especially if you need good support. Would be awesome if you have wide feet!!! :)
